Coaching Package 教練套餐

4 sessions: first 60 minutes session followed by three other  45 minutes sessions, once every two weeks for a coaching period of about two months. 

4節套餐：第一節60分鐘，然後另外三節（每節45分鐘），每兩週一次。 教練期約兩個月
 

 

10 sessions: first 60 minutes session followed by nine other  45 minutes sessions, once every two weeks for a coaching period of about five months. 

10 節套餐：第一節60分鐘會議，然後另外九節（每節45分鐘），每兩週一次。 教練期約五個月
 

Group Coaching 6-10 sessions:
To provide coaching for group of 4-6 person with ten 90 minutes sessions, once every two weeks. You can form group with theme and contact me for price and details.

4-6人小組教練10 節套餐：十節90分鐘小組教練+十節15分鐘個人教練，每兩週一次。 教練期約五個月。歡迎組成小組就同一主題參與，有關收費和其他細節，請聯繫。
